        Do You Use My supplies and equipment?

        No, The Clean Team will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and
     equipment but if you wish we
can use your products.

        What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?

     We take pride in the care we give while cleaning every home or office
     However, should damage occur while we are cleaning we will make
     every effort to repair or replace the damaged item.  Insurance claims
     will be filed when appropriate.  

       Do we have to sign a contract?

     No, we believe we must prove ourselves each time we provide service
     so we don’t use contracts.  We do depend on open communication
     and feedback.  If you like our service tell a friend or let us know how
     we can better serve you.

     Are you insured?

     All employees of The Clean Team are bonded and insured and direct
     employees of the company.

     How do I pay you?

     If we clean your home simply leave a check or cash at the time of
     cleaning.  For non-residential clients billing for services will be arranged.

      Do I have to give you keys?

     Most of our clients are not home when we are cleaning.   Some clients
     provide us with a key or code to enter through a garage door.  There are
     a variety of  other options to allow us access to you house.

      How do I buy a gift certificate?

    Simply call us to order gift certificates for any occasion.
